In today’s age, no project is the same. Praxis® is not prescriptive in the way its components are applied. The framework is designed to provide building blocks that can be tailored and assembled to suit all manner of different contexts. During the Praxis® Foundation Certification Course you learn to define the building blocks of managing portfolios, programs, and projects. The focus of the course is the Body of Knowledge and the Method sections of the Praxis® framework. The latter is comprised process models and descriptions of documentation.
